Baconators from Wendy’s are made of two quarter-pound beef patties topped with six slices of Applewood smoked bacon. The Wendy’s Baconator also has ketchup, mayonnaise, and two slices of American cheese on a premium bakery-style bun. In total, this sandwich is 960 calories with 66 grams of fat. Other Baconator nutrition facts include 36 grams of carbs, 57 grams of protein, and 1,540 mg of sodium.

The smaller Son of Baconator is a low-calorie alternative, coming in at 630 calories. The Big Bacon Classic swaps out the second patty for lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions, resulting in a 650 calorie burger with half the trans fats of the Baconator. Patrons can also reduce the Baconator calories to 830 by asking the cooks to remove the cheese and switch from a premium bun to a plain sandwich bun.
