Are you looking for a Chick-fil-A calorie counter online? Well, the chart below will help you find nutritional information about Chick-fil-A menu items.
Health Tips:
- Average Meals – A typical customer consumes between 600 and 1,000 calories. Individual servings mostly consist of sandwiches and side items.
- Sandwiches – Sandwiches range in nutritional value from the basic charbroiled chicken sandwich, which contains 300 calories and only four grams of fat, to the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich boasting nearly 600 calories and 27 grams of fat.
- Wraps – Wraps also remain popular menu items at Chick-fil-A. Each item contains roughly the same amount of calories (between 400 and 500) and high levels of protein and carbs. Fat content for the three choices fall around 12 to 15 grams a piece, which makes the options ideal for individuals in search of lighter fare.
- Sodium – Patrons should expect to consume well over 1,000mg of sodium for each meal mainstay, and upwards of 1,800mg.
- Milkshakes – Large milkshakes, regardless of flavor, may contain more calories than sandwich or wrap options (between 700 and 800 calories) and over 100 grams of carbohydrates. Milkshakes remain rich in saturated fats, as well.
- Diets – While the nationwide fast food chain regularly alters orders to customer specifications, patrons encounter primarily meat-based menus supplemented with gluten-based breads. The breading used in the fried chicken recipes contains wheat, which proves unsuitable for individuals with Celiac’s Disease or gluten allergies. Vegan or vegetarian diners may only find select items available on each menu, such as hash browns for breakfast, salads without chicken, and sides.

nice very helpful for being an a diet.
John says:
Warning. Before you eat at Chick-fil-a, check the sodium content of their foods. They should be required to put a warning label on their foods.
shauna says:

lori yost says:

Heather says:
I went to Chick-Fil-A for the first time the other day with my daughter. We are both trying to lose some weight, my husband has been a fan of this restaurant for years and doesn’t need to lose. My daughter and I ate really delicious and healthy foods. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, a side salad with Balsamic-Berry dressing (wonderful) and iced tea. Very filling, fresh and the salad was like something I’d make at home! NOT something wilted and past it’s prime that comes from a bag like most places! My daughter got the chicken wrap and it was huge and she loved it! And of course, my husband loves their fried chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. They have fresh fruit salads and even have grilled chicken nuggets in addition to the fried ones for children. The staff were all so nice and friendly. They brought our food to our table and people actually came up and asked if we needed a refill or anything– even the store manager! WOW!! We’ve found our new fast-food restaurant! I don’t care if I ever see Ronald, the King or the Papa ever again! Fresh, clean, healthy foods, beautiful decor, helpful & friendly staff! I’m impressed!!

This chart is helpful, if a person is concern about their health. Thank you
Cindy Rivet says:
This chart is excellent with the nutritional values. Every place we have gone, the staff is always courteous and bend
backwards to be helpful. Number one fast-food place on my list ! I love their Market Salad. 🙂
RUBY G. HATTEN says:
I am a Type I (Juvenile Diabetic) and must know how many carbs are in the foods I intake in order to calculate my insulin units. It is life threatening when I don’t knowd and you would not believe how many times my husband and I walk out of restaurants simply because the hired help looks at you like you are crazy when you ask “how many carbohydrates are in the dish?” The Federal Food and Drug Administration are finally fighting aggressively to get this information in the public’s hands. I appreciate the amount of time and effort Chick Filet has put into this chart. Because you care, thanks a million from all carbohydrate counting diabetics!!!!!!!
Brenda says:
I love your market garden salads… Always crisp and fresh.. Roasted chicken on top is delish. The fruit in it is a plus ….. Very filling i buy them every week …. Please keep them on your menu…????
Cathryn says:
The detail here is wonderful! However, the salt content is not. Cutting the salt by nearly 1/2 would probably not hurt the taste, but would make it better for those of us watching salt content. I wonder if the company is considering lowering the amount of added salt? I hope so! Otherwise, I will for sure only eat here occasionally and make sure to drink *lots* of water the rest of the day.
Marilyn koehler says:
I started a low carb diet and this list is very helpful! I appreciate all that is in this page! Thank you!
Linda Solinger says:
I love Chic-fil-a but can no longer eat there because of a sodium restricted diet. Come on Chic-fil-a offer to us (sodium-resticted) some menu items.
Jerri Hunter says:
I love the Customer service of all the places I have eaten, But I do agree about the above comment on Sodium content in the Regular/grilled Chick-fil-a sandwich, chicken salad, and fries, you can taste it when you bite into it… I know you can request no salt to fries but not sure about other items. Thanks for all you do.
Tonya says:
The customer service is always excellent!! All the employees are friendly and smile every single time you walk in the door, the inside lobby is always clean which you don’t see that much at any restaurant! Every time I have went the food is fresh and hot!!
Rachel Jackson says:
I went to Chick Fil A this past Saturday, I had not been in years. I must say that I really enjoyed my fresh classic Chicken Sandwich. It was lightly crispy on the edges while thick, tender and juicy in the inside. I also like the way they lightly butter the bun. Such goodness enclosed in that little white pocket lined with foil. Umm, I have to get one today when I leave work. The cow holding the Eat More Chicken sign is called me!! Way to go Chick Fil A, keep up the good work. By the way, all this took place in the fastest drive thru, happy , friendly, accurate and cleanest store in Winston Salem on Peters Creek, right in front of Lowes and across from Wal Mart. Give those hard workers a reward Billy Bob!
MARY says:
THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE NUTRITION INFORMATION. I AM A DIABETIC AND HAVE TO COUNT MU CARBS VERY CLOSELY.
THIS LETS ME KNOW WHAT I CAN EAT AND WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR.
