I agree! The normal daily sodium is 2500 mg! If you’re on a low sodium diet, 1500 mg. Crazy sodium levels! I miss my Arby’s!

Don’t blame Arby’s for the high sodium content. If you look at all the fast food places, and some other eateries like Panera, Applebees, etc., you’ll find they are all very high in sodium. That’s why you can’t have a diet of mostly prepared food, even in restaurants. I love Arby’s sandwiches but only get something from them once a month – more than that is just too much.
