    I had the under 550 calorie shrimp and vegetable dinner and it tasted great. It had a type of stir fry sauce on it that had a truly great flavor. It even made the brocolli taste good. It was almost too good to be just 550 calories.

    The daily sodium intake is suggested at 2,300 mg. a day. The fajitas have over 6,000 mgs. each!

    Aren’t salads supposed to be the lower calorie option? HOLY COW!!! I see a lot of comments about choosing the burger instead. It seems a better protein/calorie burner option actually.
    Ate there tonight and had the herb grilled chicken and shrimp. Skipped the fried potatoes on the side,and it filled me up and was actually pretty tasty.

    I appreciate all of the nutritional stats being printed. I can go in and enjoy myself…knowing where I stand regarding fat, sodium, and calories. This makes me feel much more comfortable (knowing ahead of time) what my choices are.

    I personally love Applebee’s.

    Unfortunately my husband and I will will no longer be eating at Applebee’s. The sodium content is way too high in every food item for anyone with a heart condition. It would be nice to have a few low sodium options. Surely it wouldn’t be difficult to offer some low sodium dishes. Without that, we can no longer eat there.

    Holy Cow – Do we really need all of that sodium? I know it enhances taste, but what about too much is too much? Surely you can sub some herbs and retain the taste quality while greatly reducing the sodium intake.

    My sister is a recently diagnosed diabetic, and being able to show her the foods she *can* have ahead of time is very nice. Looking at carbs, some foods are amazing while she may only have a small portion of others.

    The carbs in these meals is beyond insane! The WW meals are great for WW dieters, but I am a diabetic and require low carb foods. There is hardly NO low carb options. Plus the sodium is also beyond insane. I would love to refer people to Applebees as the healthy place to eat, but no way!

    I used to like Applebee’s, but the sodium levels are off the charts. I am allowed no more than 1,700 mg per day, so this pretty much eliminates everything on the menu. I wish there were some low-sodium choices.

    It is GREAT to have the nutritional information, especially for those of us who are serious about attaining good health. When we don’t pay attention to a restaurant’s menu nutrition info, we’re ‘sticking our heads in the sand’ and will pay for it with our health instead. Applebee’s has great menu choices and really tasty too. Thank you for caring enough to provide this information!

    This restaurant is excellent however the sodium content of the plain, non meat salads was baffling. I assume it is the preservatives in the produce that makes it so. I still will go. I am grateful for this transparency. I can choose the lesser of things. Just compensate the rest of your day with low sodium and lots of water. I would suggest to corporate that a heart healthy menu be included. Things with low sodium.
